Those people are first class idiots there. I had them escrow my taxes and insurance and they ended up paying my taxes to a city that is not even in my county. Then I get the notice from the county that they are going to put a lein on my house and start the process to collect or evict me and it still took Fifth Third 2 months to get the taxes right! Hate that bank. Stay far far away from Fifth Third for a mortgage. Those people are first class idiots there.
