That's what this list is- it's been sent to upper management with the message "We need to give this guy more money because if he gets unhappy and leaves we're in deep trouble." We're also hiring some more developers, and after a while they'll be able to take on some of these responsibilities. Listing them out makes it easier to pawn the less fun stuff out on them (Sorry William, your turn to get the crap projects).
